Da Nang’s luxury apartment market the focus

Da Nang’s luxury apartment market the focus

New apartment supply in Da Nang this year is forecast at about 1,000-1,300 units, of which the focus will be on the luxury segment in the downtown area. The average price of luxury apartments stands at VND100 million ($4,400) per sq m. Supply of luxury apartments accounted for only 24 per cent of the total last year, while the Grade C segment led with 60 per cent.
